It may not be as obvious as it stated in this study, but material situations suggest the fact that discri minative measures that institutional administrations of the public schools usually absolve this need. As a result, their role in assisting the children enrolled in their institution is not completely realized.Worse case scenario suggests that the aggravation of such situations leads to deeper social falling off that may not be obvious, but is felt by the students below the condition of having a learning disability and belonging to a minor race in the society. As these young learners grow up they baffle to see the actual results of social divide.
